Full Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for the efficient and professional
management of our front office. Key duties include welcoming and
directing guests, answering and routing phone calls, taking messages,
managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining the reception area,
scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative assistance
such as photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The
ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess
excellent interpersonal skills.
